Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By registering as a participant in this Agreement, for the purposes of participating in the “iRunner Challenge 2023 October powered by Huawei” programming contest, I (the legal representative of a minor participant) give my consent to BSU and its Customer (Organizer) to collect, to systematize, to store, to modify, to use, to depersonalize, to block, to distribute, to provide, to delete personal data, including photocopying, scanning, making copies on electronic media of the submitted documents (their copies or images). The processing of personal data can be carried out both with the use of automation tools and without the use of automation tools, if search for personal data and (or) access to them according to certain criteria (lists, databases, logs, etc.) are provided at the same time. The consent provides for and authorizes the processing of personal data with the possibility of cross-border transfer of personal data to other countries, including, but not limited to, countries that are parties to the Council of Europe Convention for the Protection of Individuals with Regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data (Strasbourg, January 28, 1981) as well as to the People's Republic of China, the Republic of Singapore. BSU, the Customer (Organizer) process the participant’s personal data for the time necessary to achieve the purposes of personal data processing specified in this consent. The consent is given for a period of three years, unless otherwise specified by law. I am also warned about the risks associated with the cross-border transfer of my personal data related to the lack of an appropriate level of personal data protection in foreign states, and I do not object to such a cross-border transfer. I confirm that the consent is given by me personally, freely, voluntarily, and knowingly.
